The original Mexican Post opened in 1989 here at Front and Chestnut in Old City Philadelphia. We've become a neighborhood staple where friends that have been dining with us since the beginning, mingle and chat with the many new faces we see every day.

The ambiance is warm and cozy, but also gets lively and spirited as the crowd ushers in. It's a great place to meet friends, have some great food and enjoy one of our classic Mexican Post Gran Gold™ Margaritas.
